Vivian Huynh is an Associate Attorney at Saber Law Group. Ms. Huynh focuses her practice on the litigation of employment disputes, defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour actions, and other related claims.
Ms. Huynh received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and received her B.A. in Asian American Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. While in law school, she served as Online Editor of USF's Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal as well as a staffer on USF's Law Review.
Prior to joining Saber Law Group, Ms. Huynh was a legal intern for Juma Ventures, a nonprofit social enterprise that focused on serving low-income, at-risk youth by providing them with access to employment and educational opportunities.
