Abigail Manuel is an Associate Attorney at Saber Law Group. Ms. Manuel focuses her practice on the litigation of employment disputes in state and federal courts and administrative agencies regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and federal and California fair housing laws.

Ms. Manuel received her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law (formerly known as Hastings School of Law), San Francisco and received her B.A. from California State University, Long Beach. While in law school, Ms. Manuel was a law clerk for the American Civil Liberties Union and worked alongside community groups in the Bay Area to advocate for educational equity and student safety in K-12 schools. Ms. Manuel also participated on UC Law SF’s nationally ranked moot court team, through which she competed in a national constitutional law moot court competition.

Prior to joining Saber Law Group, Ms. Manuel worked as a law clerk at the California School Employees Association and the Family Violence Law Center. When Ms. Manuel is not practicing law, she enjoys leisurely reading, cooking, and exploring the city for cozy cafés.
