Andrew Mailhot is Of Counsel at Saber Law Group. Mr. Mailhot has nearly two decades of litigation experience, including general commercial, antitrust, intellectual property, and employment law. For the past decade Mr. Mailhot has focused his practice on employment law. His employment litigation practice includes the representation of employers both in single plaintiff matters (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination) as well as in large-scale wage and hour class action and PAGA litigation. Mr. Mailhot has successfully represented clients in California state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate level, as well as in binding arbitrations. Mr. Mailhot also has significant non-litigation employment experience, including advising both corporate clients as well as individual executives in pre-employment and post-separation negotiations, drafting human resources documents, and advising corporate clients on matters related to human resources and wage and hour best practices and policies. Mr. Mailhot formerly served as a federal district court clerk in the Eastern District of California and taught legal research and writing as a professor at Florida International University’s school of law.
