Christina Forst is an Associate Attorney at Saber Law Group. Her practice focuses on employment and housing matters at both the state and federal levels. Ms. Forst handles all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation investigations and handling recommendations, research, written discovery, depositions, law and motion, arbitration/mediation, and trial. In the employment context, Ms. Forst represents employers in matters related to wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, and harassment. In her housing practice, Ms. Forst handles claims brought under federal and state fair housing statutes, as well as personal injury, nuisance, and habitability cases on behalf of non-profit and for profit organizations.
Prior to joining Saber Law Group, Ms. Forst worked for a San Francisco firm defending personal injury claims made to public entities, trucking companies, and businesses.
Ms. Forst’s professional achievements have been widely recognized, including her selection as a Super Lawyer in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
