Sara Noel is Of Counsel at Saber Law Group. Sara has defended against civil litigation claims in both state and federal court for over twenty years. Since 2016, Sara has focused almost exclusively on employment litigation, defending against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, wage and hour actions, and other related claims. Sara has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, from Fortune 500 companies to family businesses, and successfully resolved cases efficiently and effectively.
Sara has extensive experience in a broad range of other litigation matters, including but not limited to business disputes, product liability claims, mass torts, intellectual property, fraud, personal injury, and employment actions.
In 2013, Sara was selected to the Northern California Super Lawyers Magazine’s Rising Stars list, for personal injury defense. In 2010, she was an honoree of the Asian Law Caucus’ 38th Anniversary Dinner, for pro bono work. Sara was a member of the Bar Association (BASF) Barrister’s Club Board of Directors from 2009-2010, and served as its Vice President in 2010. She was a BASF Delegate to the Conference of Delegates of California Bar Associations between 2007 and 2011. Sara was voted BASF’s Barrister of the Year in 2007.
Sara has been a member of the California State Bar since 2003 and the Illinois Bar since 2017.
Sara is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
