Nikita Khurana is an Associate Attorney at Saber Law Group. Her practice focuses on civil litigation involving employment disputes, including defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour actions, and related matters. She also represents clients against claims brought under state and federal fair housing statutes.
Nikita earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she served as Executive Production Editor of the UC Law Journal. She graduated with a degree in Economics from The George Washington University.
Prior to joining Saber Law Group, Ms. Khurana externed for judges in both federal and state court, at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the Superior Court of Santa Clara County. In her free time, Ms. Khurana enjoys exploring the outdoors on camping trips, painting, and crocheting.
