Olivia Bianchi is an Associate Attorney with Saber Law Group. Ms. Bianchi’s practice focuses on the defense of employment disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation at both the federal and state levels. Her practice also includes the defense of complex wage and hour disputes, class actions, and representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Prior to joining Saber Law Group, Ms. Bianchi was a judicial extern for Administrative Law Judge Evan Nordby and spent time volunteering for the Workers' Rights Clinic at UC Davis. She was also a member of King Hall's Moot Court Honors Board and was awarded best brief in both moot court competitions she participated in.
Ms. Bianchi graduated with a degree in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara before earning her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law. She enjoys taking advantage of San Francisco's yoga studios, restaurants, and Golden Gate Park.
