Jordan Dailey

Jordan Dailey is an Associate at Saber Law Group. He focuses his practice on employment litigation, defending clients in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour actions, and related claims.

Jordan earned his J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and his B.A. in Political Science from Washington State University. During law school, he served as a judicial extern in the Presiding Judge’s Department of the San Francisco Superior Court and as a legal extern at Plaid, a global financial technology company. His article, Algorithmic Bias: AI and the Challenge of Modern Employment Practices, was published in Volume 21 of the UC Law Business Journal.
